I’ve spent 15 years developing a ceramics practice rooted in the joy of making things that are both beautiful and useful, from my earliest beaded jewellery to the whimsical mushroom figurines and spoons I make today. My work lives at the intersection of function and playfulness, and the spoon, humble as it seems, has become my favourite canvas for that exploration.

I created this course because I believe learning ceramics should feel like discovery, not instruction. My teaching style is direct, hands-on, and designed to give you real skills you’ll use for life, not just steps to follow once.
